Pre-payroll & billing

The money side — strictly owner-held. Captured hours become gross, net, the per-machine figure, and a finished invoice. It stops at gross-to-net: no PAYE, UIF, SDL, payslips or tax certificates — those stay with your payroll.

Command Centre

Roles & access

8 roles

Who sees what. Pay is the hard line — everyone below the owner is pay-blind unless the owner grants it, and an unknown role fails closed to the safest level. Each role's pages and capabilities are set per person, starting from the company's Role defaults.
